Area of application

The GTC (General Terms and Conditions) clarifies all legal issues relating to the courses. If you book a course with dran-bleiben.ch (c/o Anja Lagodny Consulting), you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from these GTC is the registered office of the organizer.

I Registration and implementation

Registration for a course/workshop is considered binding once the organizer confirms it in writing. The account details and due date for the course fees will be sent with the registration confirmation.

If the minimum number of participants, according to the course description, is not reached, the organizer may postpone or cancel the course.

1. Cancellation by the organizer

If the course has to be canceled by the organizer, it will either be postponed to another date or 100% refunded. A joint decision will be made as to which of the two options is suitable.

The organizer will also confirm the cancellation by email within 1-2 days. If you do not receive a confirmation by email, the cancellation is invalid. The organizer will inform you of the costs incurred by email.

3. Costs in the event of cancellation by participants: In

Up to 3 weeks before the start of the course free of charge

2 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course costs costs

1 week or less before the start of the course, 80% of the course costs

Cancellation or no-show on the day of the course 100% of the course costs

You will not be charged if you find a substitute participant who will pay the course costs.

This rule also applies to courses that have already started (booking a package with module 1 and module 2) but cannot be completed for whatever reason.

4. Postponement by participants: In

If you wish to postpone your participation in one of the modules, you must provide an alternative date and have this confirmed by the organizer. If the minimum number of participants is not reached as a result, the costs mentioned under paragraph 1. c will apply.

II Costs and payment

The participation fees vary depending on the module selected and are noted in the course description. They are always per person. The payment date stated on the registration confirmation is binding. Payment of the course fee is a prerequisite for your participation. In the event of non-payment by the payment deadline, your seat will be reallocated.
